    I was on holiday when the clutch master cylinder failed on our Freelander. They got the car going with a temporary repair and ordered a new master cylinder, which was fitted within 48 hours. They also fixed a squeak in a rear brake drum, which two other garages couldn't even diagnose. I was so impressed that I asked them to fix a broken rear window winder and replace the electric mirror which had previously failed. This was all successfully done in the short time that we were staying in the area and at a price which was much less than I would had paid at home. They make good tea too! I thoroughly recommend LRX Services. 25/07/12



     I took my Seat here today to get the timing belt and associated bits changed. The price was a third of the Seat dealer, and half of another local garage. When I asked why I was simply told 'we don't rip you off', I can't fault that! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, and couldn't fault them on anything. Definitely recommend to others. 21/06/12



    I took my Land Rover in for an MOT, which was easily arranged, however it failed. I was given a clear idea by phone about the work that was needed to get it through and was advised a service was very overdue, I explained that this was my fault as I had let it lapse. I was very pleased with the way I was looked after, everything was clearly explained and I knew what the time scale would be to get back the car. When I picked it up it was all better and nice and shiny. I felt that I was treated with respect and given useful advice about the future care and maintenance of my car. I have confidence in this garage and will be back for another visit when required. 03/07/12.



    LRX have done a number of jobs on my Landrover in recent months and they are always helpful and efficient. They have a wealth of knowledge, particularly about Landrovers and they are reasonably priced. I would not look any further than this garage with any other work that needs to be done on my Landrover. 25/04/12



    I found out about this garage at a car-boot sale! The owner was distributing very smart laminated handouts and it impressed me so much that I decided to give them a try the next time my car needed some attention. This was its annual MOT in January - it failed! It was a light bulb and two tyres. The light bulb was replaced free of charge, but sadly not the tyres. However, I was given excellent advice on which tyres I needed and was able to patronise my usual supplier too. Unfortunately, this was not the end, LRX confirmed my suspicions that my clutch was on the way out so I booked in for this too. One new clutch and a new fly wheel later (ouch!) we were back on the road. They kept me informed at every stage which enabled me to make decisions quickly and allowed them to replace the flywheel at the same time as the clutch, which would otherwise have been even more expense. Although two major jobs were done, I felt the prices were fair, but more than anything else they really know what they are doing. There is dedication and integrity in everything they do and they were patient and helpful when I needed more explanation. Being talked down to as a female car owner has me leaving garages! At LRX it is the complete opposite. If like me, you know a bit but not a lot about cars, but care about yours being in good hands and well maintained, look no further. 10/01/12
